The Three Affiliated Tribes, Elbowoods Memorial Health Center, is currently hiring for the following positions.  Please take a look at the job titles and descriptions listed below.

• Two forms of ID, such as 
  • A valid driver's license
  • A state-issued ID
  • Social Security card
  • Passport
  • Birth Certificate
• Proof of your most advanced education
  • High school diploma
  • College degree
  • Transcripts
  • GED
  • Certificates
• If applicable, Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) or Tribal ID
• If applicable, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD-214)
• If applicable, Official Registration Acknowledgment Letter (Selective Service)
