Complaint Procedures
Any person receiving care at Elbowoods Memorial Health Center may file a formal complaint in writing. The Quality Care Director will initiate an investigation on your complaint, and take action as appropriate. Final authority to act on patient complaints and concerns rests with the Chief Executive Officer. All customer complaints will be reviewed at a Quality Assurance meeting, with action items developed on the trends observed. Complaints that cannot be resolved are sent on to the Governing Body as well as the action items developed. Filing of a complaint will not adversely affect your care.
