Minimum walk time: 30 minutes
Walking briskly for just 30 minutes every day can improve both your physical and mental health. Get started on the right foot to support your health in January and February. Walking Club at the Diabetes Center resumes on Tuesdays and Thursdays during Fitness Hours, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. You can log each walk upstairs near the indoor walking track. Those who complete at least 75% of walks by the end of January and February will receive a gift.
