Dr. Bernice Annelle DuBois, a family nurse practitioner, has been a primary care provider for more than eight years in her hometown on the Fort Berthold Reservation and is a member of the Three Affiliated Tribes. Dr. DuBois strongly believes in serving underserved areas, especially her community. She has contributed to bringing women’s health care services back to her community and recently started a Prenatal Group Care for pregnant women. Before her current position, she was an RN at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, for 13 years in the surgical trauma ICU and emergency department. Dr. DuBois holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Winona State University in Minnesota. She enjoys running 5Ks, loves her two cats, Lino and Fuzzball, her dog Ellie, and spending time with her family.
