Andrea Weisz, a family nurse practitioner, grew up in Hazen, North Dakota. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in residential nursing from North Dakota State University, she practiced in cardiac care, the ICU, and labor and delivery in the ER for about ten years. Weisz later went to the University of Mary and became a medical practitioner. She is a proponent of active disease prevention and enjoys helping people achieve their optimal health through lifestyle changes. One of the ways she lives this principle is by exercising daily. She enjoys being with her family, being outside, waterskiing, and hiking.
