Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) Opens
Today’s grand opening really emphasized that even though we offer different services that often intersect, the destination is the same. All of us want to help you have better health outcomes. Thriving communities help individuals thrive and vice versa. The circle continues. The Community Health Resource Center (CHRC) is here to improve access to the interconnected, interdepartmental web we call healthcare.
A few Elbowoods Memorial Health Center programs that are now located at the Community Health Resource Center are Public Health Nursing, Purchased and Referred Care (PRC), and Physical Therapy. Find more of our services here: https://www.elbowoodshealth.com/services/
Below is a very brief and general overview of what other Tribal Health programs located at the CHRC offer. Please visit their pages or give them a call to answer specific questions about their program.
The CHRC houses a total of 16 tribal departments. Part of its service catalog includes space for Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Pathology when specialists in these areas come aboard.
