You will need to complete the following:

1.  MHA Nation Employment Application

MHA Nation Employment — Application or access it via www.mhanation.com/mhanationemployment 

2. To be considered you must submit a complete application that consists of the following:

  • A complete Three Affiliated Tribes - MHA Nation employment application
  • Two forms of ID, such as 
    • A valid driver's license
    • A state-issued ID
    • Social Security card
    • Passport
    • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of your most advanced education
    • High school diploma 
    • College degree
    • Transcripts
    • GED
    • Certificates
  • If applicable, Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) or Tribal ID
  • If applicable, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty (DD-214)
  • If applicable, Offical Registration Acknowledgment Letter (Selective Service)

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE APPLICANT TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT INFORMATION TO PROVE QUALIFICATIONS FOR THREE AFFILIATED TRIBES POSITIONS.

Please Note: Applications must be complete with all required documentation (2 forms of ID front and back, and proof of education). IDs need to be in color. Please scan and email as an attachment. We do not accept pictures of your documents. Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide sufficient documents to prove qualification for Three Affiliated Tribes' job openings. We do not accept faxed applications.

Indian Preference Will Apply: In accordance with Three Affiliated Tribes policy, priority in selection will be given to qualified applicants who provide proof of eligibility for “Indian Preference”.

Veterans Preference Will Apply: In accordance with Three Affiliated Tribes policy, priority in selection will be given to qualified applicants who provide proof of eligibility for “Veteran Preference”.
