Meet The Team

Krista Kayquoptewa is an MHA Nation and Hopi Nation member. Her Hopi name, Sakwahongsi, translates to “blue sunrays in the morning.” Kayquoptewa grew up in Arizona. When she started at EMHC in 2021, it was as a patient registration clerk. She enjoys gaining the trust of patients during her interactions. Kayquoptewa’s hobbies include sewing, hiking, camping, and taking beautiful photographs.
