Vicky Ollie, a patient accounts receivable specialist, is from Berlin, Germany, but she grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska, starting at the age of six. She attended Metropolitan Community College and Nebraska Methodist College. While in nursing school, she began as a CNA in the ICU at Methodist College in Omaha, Nebraska. When an accident prevented her from finishing her clinicals, she switched careers and entered the finance side of healthcare, where she worked in medical billing for 17 years. She enjoys researching and getting insurance companies to pay. Her favorite hobbies are reading, gardening, and spending time with her hubby and puppy, Loki.
