Cheyenne Shock, a managed care assistant, enjoys helping patients meet their needs. She grew up in Florida and Michigan and received certification as a paraprofessional while working at New Town Middle School. She attended Montcalm Community College for nursing but postponed her studies due to unforeseen circumstances. Shock primarily worked with children with special needs before shifting to healthcare. She is currently enrolled in a CNA program and enjoys outdoor activities and painting.
