Francesca Ross, a patient registration clerk, grew up in Crow Creek in South Dakota and Mandaree, North Dakota. Ross knew she wanted to be in the medical field to help people. She graduated with an associate’s degree in general studies pre-nursing from Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College in New Town. In her current position, Ross has noticed that the more interactions she has, the more social she grows. Her favorite activities outside of work are beading items such as necklaces, lanyards, wristlets, and earrings. Her Dakota name translates to “Good Medicine Woman” in English.
