Sarah Medicine Crow is the Native Connections program Educator/Coordinator at EMHC. Her Hidatsa name is Maaeeca-caagish which means, "She does well" or "Everything is good." She is a part of the Awaxe (Dripping Dirt) clan and an enrolled member of MHA Nation. She is passionate about Hidatsa language learning and working with the youth and her family in the mental health field. She studied Native American Studies at the University of California, Berkeley, and primarily lived in Sacramento, CA, for most of her life. Sarah is Hidatsa, Washoe, and Paiute.
