Randy Hart is the MAT/TOR director at Elbowoods. She was born and raised within the MHA Nation and holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Go Thunderbirds! As a child, she benefited from various programs and resources that made a difference in her life. Now, she wants to pay it forward. Hart enjoys working with families in the community and watching kids learn and grow. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, attending Powwows, making regalia and beading, and watching her children play sports. She is also a volleyball coach for the Parshall Braves.
