Ronald “RJ” Rabbithead, facilities manager, grew up in the New Town and Parshall area. He went into the military and served primarily as a scrub tech. After his career in the military, he worked at 4 Bears Casino and Lodge for 5 years, then he worked at Circle of Nations Wahpeton Indian School as a residential director for 18 years. He came home in 2015 and was initially hired as the property and procurement manager at EMHC and eventually took his current position. One of Rabbithead’s proudest professional achievements was being awarded the IHS Directors Award in 2021. He has an associate’s degree in business from North Dakota State College of Science. His hobbies include softball, tinkering with cars, and music (he used to DJ).
