Frances Two Bulls, a maintenance worker, grew up in South Dakota and is part of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. In 2019, he received his certification in handling heavy equipment and welding. Before moving to New Town, Two Bulls had worked as an EMT for 30 years. He stays busy and enjoys working on cars.
