Crystalyn Donaldson, patient services assistant, grew up in Navajo Mountain in a remote community of about 500 people. She sees herself as a lifelong student, both figuratively and literally. Her earlier schooling includes Yavapai College in Prescott, Coconino Community College in Arizona, and Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish Community College in New Town, where she completed her pre-engineering studies. She received her bachelor’s degree in technical management with an emphasis on finance from DeVry University, and her next academic endeavor is in electrical engineering at the University of North Dakota. Donaldson values being ethical, honest, and appropriate. Additionally, she is passionate about serving Native Americans. Anything she can do to help the population is dear to her heart and brings her to work daily.
