Crystal Sanchez is enrolled with the Three Affiliated Tribes but grew up on the Fort Belknap Reservation in Montana. She served four years in the military. Afterward, she studied and graduated from the Dakota Nursing Program and has a graduate certificate in health administration from the University of North Dakota. When Sanchez started at EMHC, she primarily worked at the clinic and then transferred to the public health department during the COVID-19 pandemic to help meet its goals. She has been in public health since. Outside of work, Sanchez enjoys writing calligraphy.
